Spokane Valley-based Cascade Windows has been supplying vinyl windows and doors to homeowners and builders for over 25 years.

But what makes the company a great dealer partner, according to Western Window Systems Volume Program national accounts manager Erick Felsch, is more than just longevity.

“They’re successful in both custom and production home builder sales and are top-notch in quality, service, and installation. Plus, they do business with honesty and integrity.”

In 2014, Cascade Windows, founded in 1989 as Window Products Inc., acquired Tempe, Arizona-based Paramount Windows. The move allowed the company to expand geographically and increase its workforce to over 850 employees. Window & Door magazine, in a listing of the top 100 manufacturers for 2014, listed Cascade Windows’ annual sales between $50 million and $100 million.

Building on a relationship that started in 2004, Western Window Systems and Cascade Windows have partnered on several notable community projects throughout Arizona including Shea Active Lifestyle Communities; Ryland Homes’ Finisterra; Toll Brothers’ Saguaro Estates; Blandford Homes’ Mountain Bridge Community; and K. Hovnanian Homes’ Line K at Pinnacle Peak Place.

“With its pricing, product offering, and lead times, the Volume Program has been instrumental in helping us to grow our builder business,” says Bill Spencer, Southwest regional sales manager for Cascade Windows. “The support we receive from the Volume Program team is second to none. It’s almost as if they know more about our business than we do.”
