Western Window Systems is joining Sheriff Joe’s Toy Patrol to help make the holidays happier for needy families across Maricopa County.

Employees can drop off a new unwrapped toy for a boy or girl ages 6 months to 15 years of age at Toy Patrol donation boxes located in the front lobby and by the time clock in the shop. Donations will be accepted through Thursday, December 18.

“The goal is to fill both of the boxes to overflowing,” says production manager Chris Allgood, who has participated in the Toy Patrol for the past four years. “Every kid should get a gift on Christmas.”

Sheriff Joe’s Toy Patrol is put on in conjunction with the Youth Assistance Foundation (YAF), a non-profit organization that “recognizes the social value in supporting programs focused on preventing youth violence and promoting social development, role models and interaction with law enforcement personnel.” To learn more, visit the YAF website.
