The award-winning 5,877-square-foot residence was built and designed by Scottsdale-based Calvis Wyant Luxury Homes. Praised for a visually appealing, modern yet comfortable design, the residence features an open floor plan that, with the help of multi-slide doors and window walls from Western Window Systems, connect the indoors to the outside and capture natural light throughout.

Honoring the best in residential design, the Professional Builder Design Awards highlight projects that “display and embrace new market trends.” Some of the latest rages include multiple flex spaces, low-maintenance materials, and private outdoor living areas.
