Western Window Systems’ new aluminum multi-slide door is making a splash in the industry, with publications such as Home Builder Executive taking notice. In its April 24 issue, HBE, a trade magazine published by New York-based Executive Media Corp., presented an article titled “Upgrade Options in Multi-Slide Doors” in which it featured Western Window Systems vice president of production builder sales Chet Willis.

The Series 7600 Multi-Slide Door, which debuted earlier this spring, is described by Home Builder Executive as having narrow sightlines, contemporary styling and superior performance.

Willis is quoted in the story as saying the Series 7600 is Western Window Systems’ “strongest door yet, and its combination of glass-filled nylon thermal struts, Cardinal 366 glass, and argon gas make it one of the most energy-efficient door systems on the market.”

Willis goes on to say: “Our lineup of standard options, including custom returns for exterior finishes, premium handle sets, and retractable screens, is available for our Volume Program multi-slide doors.”

The article also makes note of Western Window Systems’ efforts to educate sales associates and train them on the company’s operating techniques. HBE concludes the article with more from Willis, on the Western Window Systems’ continued focus on performance improvements.

“Our dealers are required to attend our Western Window Systems Academy to learn how to install our doors right the first time and service them after the sale” Willis says. “Proper installation is key for homebuyers to have a positive experience.”
