Innovative door and window products from Western Window Systems will be featured in the 2015 Pacific National Exhibition (PNE) Prize Home. PNE is a nonprofit organization in British Columbia responsible for operating the annual Fair at the PNE as well as the PNE Prize Home Lottery, now in its 81st year.

Built by designer prefab homebuilder Karoleena, the 3,080-square-foot, LEED-certified residence was inspired by the lake view lot in Naramata, British Columbia where it will be relocated after the Fair.

“We’re excited to be a part of the PNE Prize Home legacy,” says Ty Cranford, business development manager for Western Window Systems. “And we’re proud of our incredible partnership with Karoleena. Like us, they’re passionate about living better through innovative products and modern design.”

Western Window Systems’ popular multi-slide doors border the Prize Home’s massive wraparound deck, allowing for an expanded indoor-outdoor area perfect for entertaining or relaxing with family and friends. The designer prefab is also outfitted with floor-to-ceiling windows and hinged windows from the company’s new Series 670 window line, which provide maximum views and more light and fresh air.

The 2015 PNE Prize Home package is valued at $2.1 million and includes an energy efficient green roof, a home automation system for climate control, and state-of-the-art appliances. The lucky winner will be chosen in September.
