Kelli Davis

After 29 years at Western Window Systems, Kelli Davis has seen more changes in the company than just about anyone. But one thing remains constant: her passion and commitment to her job, her coworkers, and her customers.

“Our dealers can’t say enough good things about Kelli,” says Scott Gates, president and CEO of Western Window Systems. “They tell us she’s not only one of the best customer sales support representatives in our company, but in the industry.”

Prior to her current position on the sales support team for Western Window Systems, Davis was an inside sales representative with the company. She also spent several years in outside sales, first in direct-to-builder and then under the current dealer model.

Detailed and thorough, Davis draws upon her years of experience to develop new ideas to help improve processes. Quick with a joke and always smiling, she’s a patient and supportive partner to her sales representatives.

“Kelli takes the time to train new salespeople,” says sales representative Cesar Fuentes, “and she keeps the old ones out of trouble.”

Congratulations to Kelli Davis, Western Window Systems’ 2015 office employee of the year.
