Anna Gothier

The most successful people in business are usually incredibly knowledgeable about the details of what they do. That could be said of Anna Gothier, sales support for the Volume Program team at Western Window Systems. With a near obsessive focus, she exhibits an extraordinary ability to pay attention to even the smallest details.

“She’s detail-oriented in her communication to customers, and her follow-up skills are exceptional,” says Chet Willis, vice president of production builder sales. “Even when things get stressful, Anna keeps a cool head and works through challenges with a smile on her face.”

On data entry, a huge part of the Volume Program’s day-to-day processes, Willis says Gothier rarely makes a mistake. And when it comes to innovation, he points to March 2016, when Gothier suggested that the team move to a temporary email address until the company’s internal system could be repaired. Her fast thinking ensured that dealers could continue to send orders and not experience delays.

“I’ve received positive feedback from our Milgard partners on Anna’s helpfulness and cheery disposition,” says Willis. “She’s always willing to help.”

Congratulations to Anna Gothier, Western Window Systems’ office employee of the month for April.
