Laura Belcastro

Customers are the lifeblood of any business, and as Western Window Systems continues to grow, so, too, does its customer base. As vital as keep tracking of all those names is, it can be a daunting task requiring persistence and attention to detail.

Fortunately for WWS, that perfectly describes senior application analyst Laura Belcastro.

When the company switched over to the Salesforce customer relationship management software to maintain its customer database, Laura went to work molding it into an application that best fits Western Window Systems.

“Laura took the blank template that is Salesforce and made it a customized Western Window Systems tool that is invaluable to the sales team,” says architectural consultant John Schwaderer. “Then she took the time to work individually with each member of sales to train on Salesforce, as well as putting together team training.”

Laura, who started with the company in July 2016, is known for working tirelessly to complete whatever job is in front of her.

“Her tenacity to do whatever it takes to meet her project’s goals is a clear example of the core value of excellence,” Schwaderer says. “No matter the time of day, or whether she is even scheduled to work that day, she responds within minutes to any question.”

And perhaps most importantly, Laura is recognized as seeking to strive to understand what any given customer wants.

“She works to implement an effective solution to achieve a customer’s goals,” Schwaderer says. “She knows how important all contributions are to improve the company.”

Congratulations to Laura Belcastro, Western Window Systems’ office employee of the month for August.
