John Hernandez

John Hernandez is a true success story. Prior to joining the sales team at Western Window Systems in a support capacity, Hernandez, who started in 2012, headed up several departments on the company’s manufacturing floor, including the Series 670 and Series 600 window lines. The added expertise has helped him flourish in more ways than one.

“His extensive shop knowledge is invaluable,” says David Stearns, sales representative for Western Window Systems. “If need be, he can go out on the floor and get it done himself.”

For Hernandez, working as a team on the manufacturing floor has translated easily to the office, where he partners with customers and coworkers to ensure they have what they need to be successful.

“John has an excellent attitude and a true willingness to help our team and our customers,” says Stearns. “He acts like a true partner no matter how he’s communicating — in person, by phone, or via email. It’s no secret to anyone how deeply he cares about his work. He’s a tremendous asset to the SoCal team.”

Congratulations to John Hernandez, Western Window Systems’ office employee of the month for July.
