Jenna Lloyd-Randolfi

With the rollout of the innovative new Series 7600 Multi-Slide Door on the horizon, the testing and certification of the product would be paramount to its success.

That’s when testing engineer manager Jenna Lloyd-Randolfi showed once again just how valuable to a Western Window Systems product launch she is.

“Structural testing on the 7600 door required the testing booth’s condition, install, and setup to all be perfect,” says vice president of design and supply chain Cameron Wyatt. “Extreme attention to detail was required, and that’s Jenna’s specialty.”

Beyond the physical setup of the booth, Jenna, who started at Western Window Systems in July 2016, worked tirelessly to find the best possible test partners and test plans that qualify the most configurations for the least cost.

Then she went to work ensuring that the thousands of glass codes and details were correct. Through the entire process, Jenna’s ability to excel at the core company value of partnership was readily apparent.

“Jenna worked with everyone on the engineering team and service team,” says Wyatt. “She also worked side-by-side with the Volume sales team, the shipping team, and then with accounting.”

To get the 7600 off the ground took more than a little innovation on Jenna’s part.

Says Wyatt, “Jenna did a lot of out-of-the-box thinking on this one.”

Congratulations to Jenna Lloyd-Randolfi, Western Window Systems’ office employee of the month for March.
