Diana Montes

Oftentimes, we’re so busy at work that the last thing we want is more responsibility. Not so for Diana Montes. Part of the production control team at Western Window Systems since 2011, she’s shown that she not only can handle extra work, but can be trusted to do a good job as well.

“Diana will do anything that’s asked of her,” says Western Window Systems production manager Chris Allgood. “And she keeps the customer in mind from start to finish, pointing out any issues that could cause a delay.”

By taking on more responsibility, Montes challenges her abilities regularly. She has proven herself as someone who can work with the sales team to ensure schedules are accurate (and customers satisfied) while taking care not to overbook manufacturing departments.

“Diana is completely committed to Western Window Systems,” says Allgood. “She knows the company, her coworkers, and our customers. She can handle her original job duties as well as any changes that might come along.”

Congratulations to Diana Montes, Western Window Systems’ office employee of the month for May.
