Natasha Young

Sometimes it’s hard enough just keeping your boss happy, but when you seemingly keep everyone happy, well, that’s really saying something.

When it comes to the work of CAD technician Natasha Young, let’s just say there are a lot of happy people at Western Window Systems.

One word that pops up a lot in descriptions of Natasha on her employee of the month nominating forms is “help.” As in, she helps many people.

“Natasha is so responsive and kind and helps me so much with details for my architects,” says architectural consultant Stacy Torres.

“Natasha always gets back to me to help when I have problems, and she makes me look good to the customers I’m working with,” says another architectural consultant, John Schwaderer.

“Natasha has demonstrated a propensity to help and assist our market, sales, and architectural reps with their questions and detail requests in a timely manner,” says CAD manager Errol Matthews.

And when she’s not helping people, Natasha, who started with the company in June 2016, is doing things like revamping the CAD department’s marketing and website details library or she’s correcting REVIT files.

Above all, though, she’s making everyone’s lives just a little bit easier. Says Schwaderer: “I know the CAD/REVIT team has always got a full plate of work, but somehow, Natasha makes me feel like whatever I’m working on is her highest priority.”

Congratulations to Natasha Young, Western Window Systems’ office employee of the month for May.
