Ray Munoz

Somewhere between the product’s leaving the shop and getting installed in the customer’s home lies the Western Window Systems dealer, the company’s liaison to the customer. With a large network of dealers around the country, it’s vital to have someone who can accommodate their many needs.

Few are better at doing just that than inside sales rep Ray Munoz.

“Ray will never let his dealers down,” says inside sales manager De Anne Hayhurst. “He is simply a great asset to Western Window Systems.”

Ray was instrumental when it came to popularizing the company’s quoting software, CustomView.

“He had a vision in getting our entire dealer base trained on CustomView,” Hayhurst says. “He took the initiative in getting this accomplished, and he currently holds a monthly CustomView webinar training class.”

In regard to partnership, one of the company’s core values, Ray stands out as well. Hayhurst explains:

“Ray is directly responsible for many dealers in a few of our sales territories,” she says, “but he assists many others. He also assists in training new dealers and new inside sales reps.”

A man who is always at the ready to answer questions, Ray, who has been with the company since September 2008, is the ultimate team player.

“He always responds to e-mails and voicemails in a timely manner,” Hayhurst says. “His computer is always attached to his hip.”

Congratulations to Ray Munoz, Western Window Systems’ office employee of the month for November.
