A team member in the manufacturing engineering department has made some important contributions to the team when it comes to packaging.
That person is Adnan Bevrnja, who has been with Western Window Systems since February 2016.
“Adnan looked at our packaging and thought about how we could do it better,” says Kraig Hoekstra, manufacturing engineering manager. “He used a bander to make the packaging better, look better, and easier to do.”
Adnan also took instrumental steps to ensure stability in regard to the company’s barcode scanning procedures. And his detail-oriented style has been key in discovering potentially problematic issues with new products.
When it comes to the company’s core value of partnership, Hoekstra says this about Adnan: “He works well with sales, shipping, and IT on advanced delivery copy.”
Congratulations to Adnan Bevrnja, Western Window Systems’ office employee of the month for October.
