Juan Beltran

A drafter on the CADD team has been getting some much-deserved notice for his assistance around the company and his work revamping his own department’s details library.

That work “will most assuredly streamline the product nomenclature and detail ‘search and find’ perimeters,” says CADD manager Errol Matthews. “And Juan has demonstrated a propensity to help and assist our marketing, manufacturing, sales, and architectural reps with their questions and requests in a timely manner.”

And web developer Jenifer Davenport seconds that motion.

“I have come to Juan with complaints directed to me about the readability and access of the details site,” she says. “Juan has had multiple suggestions to make the site easier to understand and has spent time helping me implement and brainstorm new ideas.”

Besides all that, Juan, who started with the company in September 2015, has proved time and time again that he is all business.

“Juan is on time for work, with his work, and about his work,” says Matthews. “He even makes up for his work if he falls behind on his work.”

Good work, Juan.
