Kylie Mullins

Helping others should come naturally for those in business. But often, because we’re too caught up in our own problems, it doesn’t come as easy as we’d like it to. Not so for Kylie Mullins of Western Window Systems’ accounts receivable department. Giving people the time they need just comes naturally.

“She’s always reaching out to the team to see if she can help,” says Rick Lingen, chief financial officer of Western Window Systems. “She works with other departments, she works with vendors to resolve invoicing issues -- she even covers the reception desk when needed.”

When she isn’t offering assistance to other departments or collaborating with her team, Mullins, who started with the company this July following a few months of temp work, looks for solutions to make processes easier. Recently, she created a custom report for the accounting and finance department that analyzes inventory values.

“She puts 110% into everything she does, she loves to learn, and she’s always smiling.” says Lingen. “You can depend on Kylie to get the job done.”

Congratulations to Kylie Mullins, Western Window Systems’ office employee of the month for September.
