Zack Molitor

In business, as in life, we respect people who do what they say they will. Zack Molitor, sales support for Western Window Systems, can be trusted to get things done – just ask his coworkers.

“We rely on Zack to make sure the materials for orders are calculated before a ship date is given,” says Cameron Wyatt, vice president of design and supply chain at Western Window Systems. “This helps the supply chain team handle the spikes in usage while still meeting customer expectations.”

Wyatt goes on to say Molitor can also be depended upon to ensure order information is updated before the manufacturing phase, serve as a communication link between departments, and contribute new ideas for improving processes. During Wyatt’s value stream mapping initiative, Molitor played a crucial role in helping to improve the initiative’s sales order entry process and the success rate of custom orders.

And when it comes to foosball, Molitor can be counted on to bring some serious skills – especially when competing against Andrew Darr, vice president of custom sales at Western Window Systems. Word is, Darr loses regularly.

Congratulations to Zack Molitor, Western Window Systems’ office employee of the month for April.
