Daniel Brasic

Western Window Systems web developer Daniel Brasic is ready with solutions – lots of solutions – both long and short term. And in many cases, he has them before you even think to ask.

“Daniel is great at finding answers to web and programming issues,” says creative director Jeff Kesar. “He’s not afraid to offer up several options to the complex challenges we face in the web world.”

Since he started in December 2013, Brasic has taken on projects such as updating, securing, and maintaining the company’s website as well as leading the Details initiative, Western Window Systems’ online application for customers to access CAD drawings for their projects.

“He takes initiative and always gives 110 percent,” says Kesar.

From a partnership perspective, communications manager Laura Hahnefeld says Brasic takes a genuine interest in the jobs of others and isn’t afraid to ask questions.

“Because of his natural curiosity, listening skills, and high level of engagement, he’s a top-choice for team projects,” Hahnefeld says. “He’s as willing to teach as he is to learn, and does so with patience, generosity, and a terrific sense of humor.”

Congratulations to Daniel Brasic, Western Window Systems’ office employee of the month for August.
