Michael Frederick

Details, details, details. For Michael Frederick, production analyst at Western Window Systems, attention to detail ensures that mistakes are less likely to happen, tasks are completed on time, and excellence is achieved.

“Michael has the crucial task of identifying mistakes every day,” says Justin Runyan, chief information officer at Western Window Systems. “He’s the first line of defense in corrections to bills of materials and he ensures the right information is sent on to the next department.”

Runyan goes on to say Frederick’s penchant for accuracy and thoroughness manifests itself in the core value of innovation as well.

“He’s always finding new ways to enhance our system and he’s willing to take on what we don’t know to figure out the answers. He takes ownership in tackling complex projects and he does it with a sense of urgency.”

Frederick, who started with Western Window Systems in 2007, was instrumental in the company’s inventory process this year. In addition, his concern for accuracy in all areas makes him a great team player, someone who values the opinions of others and is willing to help out wherever he’s needed.

“He’s a complete professional day in and day out,” says Runyan. “We’re lucky to have him on the IT team.”

Congratulations to Michael Frederick, Western Window Systems’ office employee of the month for February.
