Pam Sutherland

Beyond money, performance, or value, creating positive relationships with our customers is what matters most in today’s highly competitive business world. And delivering an unforgettable customer experience is what Pam Sutherland does best.

“Pam has a knack for getting Volume Program customers exactly what they need,” says Chet Willis, vice president of production builder sales for Western Window Systems. “She asks the right questions, guides their decision making, and educates them along the way.”

Along with her professionalism and responsiveness, Sutherland, who joined Western Window Systems in 2014, is a Volume Program expert. She’s knowledgeable, detailed, and rarely makes a mistake. What Sutherland doesn’t know she finds out by asking questions, a skill that’s helped to refine the process of tracking Volume Program sales data.

“She’s able to wrangle the needs of eight salespeople on a regular basis,” says Willis. “Pam has been flying solo now for over a month and has never complained or dropped the ball.”

Congratulations to Pam Sutherland, Western Window Systems’ office employee of the month for January.
