Elvie Reilly

Western Window Systems purchasing agent Elvie Reilly brings energy and initiative to her job every day. And considering that her responsibilities include buying over 700 parts and managing relationships with nearly 70 suppliers, that commitment translates to both personal and team success.

“She’s the ultimate professional,” says Cameron Wyatt, vice president of design and supply chain at Western Window Systems. “Her work ethic is amazing, she stays late to get things done, and she makes sure everything under her control is accurate and completed on time.”

Along with a customer service style that has been described as patient and friendly, Reilly, who started at Western Window Systems in 2007, works well with her team members, too, helping to train them on new tasks or simply lending a hand to someone with a hefty workload.

She’s also been key in projects involving innovative solutions regarding suppliers.

“Elvie saved the company money by finding a new supplier for our Monster roller,” says Wyatt. “And her partnership with a supplier helped us to mitigate the port strike by working together on alternative delivery solutions.”

Congratulations to Elvie Reilly, Western Window Systems’ office employee of the month for March.
