Dianna Montes

For Dianna Montes, a team member of Western Window Systems’ production control office since 2011, the road to success is paved with grit and determination. Her persistence in the face of obstacles, willingness to work hard, and enthusiasm for learning new things have resulted in several achievements within the company.

And her coworkers couldn’t agree more.

“Every day Dianna strives to make sure the schedule is perfect and capacities are met,” says Western Window Systems production manager Chris Allgood. “She always does what’s best for the company – even if she has to bite and growl to make it happen.”

In addition to making improvements to the schedule, Montes also played a key role in implementing capacities when a new process was put into action. By working closely with managers and sales, she ensures schedules make sense and customers are satisfied.

“Whenever there’s an issue to be resolved or a big order that needs scheduling, Dianna will work for hours to get it right,” says Allgood. “She never gives up.”

Congratulations to Dianna Montes, Western Window Systems’ office employee of the month for May.
