Of all the attributes that make a great team member, one that always stands out among the rest is great people skills.
Luckily for Western Window Systems, window fabricator Juan Medina has great people skills in spades.
“Juan works well with others and focuses on the best interests of the individuals he works with,” says coworker Eddie Ballesteros.
He also is credited with a willingness to do whatever is needed of him.
“Juan is willing to go work with others and learn different processing,” says Ballesteros. “He also works well in his own station.”
