Antonio Sosa

It’s been said that morale and attitude are the fundamental ingredients of success. Good thing for Western Window Systems, Antonio Sosa has both in spades.

As lead on the panels team, Antonio, who started with the company in July 2013, does his best to boost the confidence and outlook of his busy squad.

“He is empathetic and understanding of constraints and never complains,” says human resources director Rob Robichaud. “And he keeps his team in high spirits.”

Part of that comes from Antonio’s willingness to lead by example. Instead of simply telling someone what to do, he is a hands-on kind of guy who sets the pace of the panels team.

But there’s more to it than just a good attitude. Antonio is a performer as well.

“Antonio and his team do not miss the details,” says Robichaud. “They know how to meet goals under his leadership and produce a quality product that meets our customers’ needs, being right the first time and on time.”

Congratulations to Antonio Sosa, Western Window Systems’ day shop employee of the month for March.
