William Schwebler

When it comes to the receiving department at Western Window Systems, William Schwebler is a real killer – in the most wonderful way, according to production manager Steven Center, who nominated him for employee of the month.

“William goes over and beyond expectations,” Center says. “His performance is unmeasured, and any task that is asked of him, he kills it.”
“William has so many innovating ways,” Center continues, including keeping track of how many struts he uses, which “keeps us inventory-ready.”

In addition to hitting his own high bar for excellence, William brings out the best in others. “William works well with others, bringing their care for quality up a notch to get it done in a safe and timely manner. We have had tours come through, and William steps up and can explain why he does it, how he does it, while doing it, while working together to come up with ways of doing it,” Center says. “My guy – Kill Bill!”

Congratulations to William Schwebler, Western Window Systems’ day shift shop employee of the month for March.
