Bruce Scott

Whether it’s a new way to protect a trailer, finding additional room for an order, or doing more with less, Bruce Scott, a member of Western Window Systems’ shipping team, is always looking for innovative solutions to keep the company ahead of the competition.

“Bruce leads by example,” says freight manager Mike “Hollywood” Flores. “He’s one of the first people here, he makes sure everything is in order for the day, and he always double-checks his paperwork to ensure his truck is complete.”

Flores goes on to say that Scott, who has been with the company since 2013, works wherever he’s needed, helps and trains others on the team, and has a desire to learn. Best of all, he has one of the best attitudes in the shipping department.

“No matter how rough life gets, he always has a smile on his face,” says Flores. “If you’re having a bad day, he’ll cheer you up. Your day gets better just by being around him.”
