Sebastian Fuson

No one can deny that Sebastian Fuson is a people person. The friendly demeanor and the obvious joy he receives when interacting with others are huge assets to the man they call “Se-Bass.”

Maybe that’s why Sebastian, who works on the multi-slide/frames line, is charged with showing new manufacturing hires the ropes at Western Window Systems.

“When Se-Bass is charged with training new associates, he meets all the demands of getting them where they need to be in just a matter of time,” says manager Steven Center.

Sebastian, who started in June 2015, is also pretty sharp on the job.

“He shows the leadership when called upon to complete the tough tasks,” Center says. “Like building multiple 90-degree doors in a tight time frame.”

In short, Sebastian is exactly the kind of employee who fits in so well at Western Window Systems.

Says Center: “He has the people skills and the patience, and they are on display while he trains others throughout his department.”

Congratulations to Sebastian Fuson, Western Window Systems’ night shop employee of the month for April.
