Juan Lizardi

It’s always refreshing when an employee is open to learning, and managers love to see a team member who is more than willing to strive to learn.

That describes Juan Lizardi, who works on assembly in the windows department. Juan is described by his managers as someone who is not afraid to ask – for guidance, for help, for opportunities.

“One thing that has really impressed us about him is that he asked us what he can do to be better and move forward in his career at Western Window Systems,” his managers say. “Not only did he ask, but he listened to the suggestions and he has taken them to improve and be better.”

They also say he excels in the company’s core value of partnership.

“Like most of us, he has a busy schedule inside of and outside of work,” his managers say. “But he’s always willing to come in and learn something new and then use what he has learned to help his department whenever it is needed.”

In fact, it seems Juan, who started with the company in April 2018, is in high demand at Western Window Systems.

Say his managers: “We have had every department come to us at some point and say they want him in their department.”

Congratulations to Juan Lizardi, Western Window Systems’ night shift shop employee of the month for January.
