Robert Jackson

You may know this employee of the month simply as “The Power Builder.” Why? Because no matter how heavy the schedule, he figures out a way to complete what might seem impossible at first glance.

We’re talking, of course, about Robert Jackson, lead on Western Window Systems’ Series 900 team and, by all accounts, a natural born leader.

“His charismatic nature is encouraging to those around him, no matter how difficult the task,” says manager Jason Wengert.

Like any builder, Robert pushes himself to the limit, and that takes mental fortitude.

“Robert understands to push forward and not loose focus or temperament as a lead,” Wengert says. “He is willing to take on new challenges.”

Robert, who started at Western Window Systems in July 2015, is known to set goals every day for both himself and his team.

“He always wants to boost his value to the team,” Wengert says. “He is one to strategize ways to improve or bounce ideas off management to improve the flow of the department.”

Congratulations to Robert Jackson, Western Window Systems’ night shop employee of the month for March.
