Fabian Delvalle

When you think of shipping, you probably think of two words: on time.

Without a finely tuned shipping department, projects lag. And that costs everybody money. So it makes sense that Fabian Delvalle, who started working for Western Window Systems in March 2016, is described simply and succinctly by his supervisors.

“Fabian is always on time,” say shop co-workers Estevan Lopez and Jorge Manriquez.

Manriquez doubles down on Delvalle in saying that he “doesn’t settle for anything less than excellent.”

It’s that kind of commitment to quality that only enhances the value of an employee like Delvalle. But, his co-workers say, he also sets the tone on the shipping team with an upbeat, team-oriented vision.

“He always sets positivity every day,” Manriquez says. “Fabian believes strongly in ‘teamwork makes the dream work.’”

Congratulations to Fabian Delvalle, Western Window Systems’ shop employee of the month for November.
