Arin Moreno

It’s one thing to perform a job correctly. But teaching others to do it correctly, too? That’s a skill you can’t put a price on.

Arin Moreno, of Western Window Systems’ Series 670 window team, owns that skill and exemplifies the company’s core value of partnership in her willingness and ability to train co-workers to achieve the same kind of performance she regularly delivers.

“Arin is a great team player,” says second shift department leader Steven Center. “She is a leader and it shows. Arin has taken on the responsibility to train several associates, whether they be new hires or cross-trainees.”

In regard to another company core value — excellence — Moreno, who started with Western Window Systems in October 2015, is practically error-free, says Center.

“Arin pays great attention to detail,” he says. “She’s able to notice mistakes and correct them, even when they’re not her mistakes.”

Congratulations to Arin Moreno, Western Window Systems’ shop employee of the month for October.
