Brando Palmer

One night-shifter has really taken his job to heart, and for that, everyone has benefited.

Brando “Bubbles” Palmer started out loading trailers in the shipping department, and now he has one of the most important jobs in shipping: locating and staging.

“This job is a huge part of helping the shipping department move forward,” says shipping night manager Estevan Lopez. “By taking it so seriously, Brando is helping both the day and night crews move forward and find other areas to improve.”

Lopez says Brando comes to work every day with an amazing attitude. “He does an excellent job with every task, and he listens to gain a full understanding.”

Brando, who started with Western Window Systems in February 2018, also works with almost every department in the warehouse by getting them A-frames and L-frames.

“He helps the loaders in shipping by locating and staging all their product,” says Lopez, and he does all this with a smile.”

Congratulations to Brando Palmer, Western Window Systems’ night shift shop employee of the month for October.
