Greg Guarin

They say working hard is good but working smart is better.

The latter is one way to describe night shift panels assembly team member Greg Guarin.

“Greg is always looking for ways to do his job better while not necessarily doing it harder,” say managers Donald Hernandez and quality control inspector Victor Morales.

They note that Greg, who started with the company in March 2014, is very conscientious about his work, whether it be making sure the product is built to high standards or putting safety first or helping train new employees.

“Greg always inspects the material before it gets used so as to cut down on waste,” say Hernandez and Morales. “He also communicates well with others and is always on time and ready to work.”

Congratulations to Greg Guarin, Western Window Systems’ night shift shop employee of the month for September.
