The S.W.A.T. Team

How do you spell mad skills, teamwork, attitude, and a passion for getting things done? If you work at Western Window Systems, you spell it S.W.A.T. (Special Western Action Team). Officially formed this month, S.W.A.T. features the talents of five of the company’s top employees: Rodrigo Ibarra (a.k.a. Huggy), Efren Morales, Dru Shepard, Sebastian Fuson, and Robert Jackson. The team will fill a unique roll at the company: tackling the unexpected.

“On any given day they could be in a different department or position,” says vice president of manufacturing Dean Seger. “They’ll be doing anything from filling in for absent coworkers to providing extra output in a heavily scheduled area to helping the service team resolve issues in the field.”

Seger goes on to say that in just a few days S.W.A.T. has made an impact, lending extra hands to a department to get products to customers on time.

“These guys are examples of the excellence that Western Window Systems strives for and expects,” says Seger. “Plus, they look great in the shirts.”

Congratulations to Rodrigo Ibarra (a.k.a. Huggy), Efren Morales, Dru Shepard, Sebastian Fuson, and Robert Jackson, Western Window Systems’ shop employees of the month for February.
