Milo Morales

You could say Milo Morales is a process enthusiast. Since he started as a fabricator at Western Window Systems in January 2013, Morales has been instrumental in not only helping to perfect manufacturing processes through new ideas, but implementing them as well.

“Milo helps to ensure we are consistently manufacturing a good product,” says Western Window Systems production manager Chris Allgood. “Whether he’s training someone or is being trained himself, he accepts nothing less than perfection.”

Dean Seger, vice president of manufacturing, says Morales takes the time to learn and understand a process before suggesting improvements. It’s a characteristic he applies in training others as well.

“His approach to training allows for people to learn not only the how-tos, but the whys and expectations of a process,” says Seger. “This translates to quality products completed on time.”

Josh Stengall, custom door manager, sums up Morales’ work attitude like this:

“He owns everything he works on.”

Congratulations to Milo Morales, Western Window Systems’ shop employee of the month for April.
