Francisco Olvera

These days, stress and work are pretty much inseparable. But storeroom manager Francisco Olvera handles the pressure with expert calm.

“The departments he has to interface with — the shop, purchasing, accounting — pull him in different directions,” says supply chain manager Cameron Wyatt. “What makes Francisco great is that he understands what each group does and what is needed from him.”

Organized and detail-orientated, Olvera, who started at Western Window Systems in November 2012, has quickly proven himself invaluable as a partner. When issues arise, coworkers say he always has a solution, and he puts plans in place by working with those involved.

“I can always count on Francisco when I need his help,” says custom sales manager Andrew Darr.

Besides taking his job seriously, Olvera is also passionate about baseball: namely, the Los Angeles Dodgers.

“He gives Danny (Bach) a Diamondbacks jab every time he sees him,” says Wyatt. “When they lose, he loves to bring the painful details to Danny’s attention.”

Congratulations to Francisco Olvera, Western Window Systems’ shop employee of the month for July.
