Rudy Nunez

Where does Rudy Nunez’s impressive work ethic come from? For one of Western Window Systems’ most valued craters in the freight department, it’s all about family.

“I love to listen to Rudy talk about his family — he absolutely lights up,” says freight manager Mike Flores. “He’ll tell you the lessons he learned from his parents and how much his family means to him.”

Flores goes on to say that Nunez is “here to work,” and that his determination, energy, and work ethic – not to mention a desire to improve at everything he does — make him a great employee who is quickly developing into a leader.

“Rudy makes crating flow in a way that allows us to pump out more crates each week, no matter how heavy the days may be,” says freight assistant Jerome Johnson.

The energy Nunez, who has been with Western for almost a year, puts into his job is evident in his relationships with coworkers as well.

“Working with Rudy always puts you in a good mood,” says Johnson. “He works hard and has a good time, too.”

Congratulations to Rudy Nunez, Western Window Systems’ shop employee of the month for June.
