Saul Soto

Delighting our customers with made-to-order products is one of the things Western Window Systems does best. And thanks to Saul Soto, if they can dream it, he can build it.

“He’s the go-to guy for building any oddball configuration our customers can dream up,” says custom door manager Josh Stegall. “When his department manager brings him a drawing that looks difficult, Saul will review it and say, ‘That’s easy!’”

Since starting with the company in 2011, Soto has been an integral member of Western Window Systems’ sliding frame department, producing quality mockups in a timely and organized manner. He’s trained coworkers on complex cuts and configurations, and is often asked for by name to assist other departments. This year, when additional worktables were added to his team’s manufacturing space, Soto and his coworkers worked together to make the layout as efficient as possible.

And Soto pairs his productivity with an infectious positive attitude.

“He always has a smile on his face,” says window and screen manager Karl Price. “He’s even been seen dancing while he works.”

Congratulations to Saul Soto, Western Window Systems’ shop employee of the month for March.
