Todd Papetti

When a problem presents itself, it’s good to have people you can rely on for help. And when challenges arise at Western Window Systems, many turn to Todd Papetti.

“With Todd’s experience in installation and in the field, he’s the one we lean on when we need a hand,” says Ron Stock, wood door manager.

“Todd is always there to offer solutions,” says creative director Jeff Kesar, who has worked with Papetti on installation videos. “No matter the problem, Todd can fix it — he’s an innovator.”

Prior to his current role as wood door department lead, Papetti, who started with the company in 2010, has worked as a service technician, installer, and has been on both the window and custom teams. His previous experience makes him a natural go-to on product knowledge, something he enjoys teaching to others. And when it comes to the core value of partnership, both Stock and Kesar agree that Papetti excels at it.

“Even though we work in different departments,” says Kesar, “Todd always makes me feel like I’m part of the team. He’s respectful of the work and everyone around him.”

Stock notes that if there’s one thing Papetti may need to work on, it’s his hunting skills.

“A few years back, Todd shot a turkey on a turkey hunt,” Stock says. “When he went to pick it up, it was still alive and started flapping around in his hands.”

Congratulations to Todd Papetti, Western Window Systems’ shop employee of the month for October.
