He is a founding member and serves on the board of directors for the nonprofit 2026 Foundation, which supports and promotes service and leadership in Houston. Recently, the organization provided thousands of dollars for first responders who lost their gear in the Hurricane Harvey relief effort.

Rick Tucker has been in the window and door business for over five years. Before beginning his career at Western Window Systems, Rick worked as an outside sales representative for Austin-based building materials suppliers Alside Supply Company, ABC Supply Company, and BMC West.

Hailing from Paducah, Kentucky, Rick enjoys attending his daughter’s volleyball games and practices, college sports, and movies.

Spencer Sleight has been in the fenestration industry since 2010 working as sales rep all over the country for MI Windows and Doors. He joined Western Window Systems in 2018.

He is a founding member and serves on the board of directors for the nonprofit 2026 Foundation, which supports and promotes service and leadership in Houston. Recently, the organization provided thousands of dollars for first responders who lost their gear in the Hurricane Harvey relief effort.

Originally from Carroll County, Maryland, Spencer enjoys playing basketball, spending time with his three young children, and smoking/grilling food while watching football.

Benjamin Derby’s career in the construction sales industry began 17 years ago with a long tenure at Shelly’s Lumber/U.S. LBM, where he held several positions in sales and management. The native of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (home to Super Bowl 52 champions!) went on to work for Atlantic Building Products as the lead window and door salesperson and as the Greater Philadelphia Commercial Territory Manager for Super Enterprises before joining the Western Window Systems team as a Volume Program Sales Representative in 2019.

In his spare time, Benjamin enjoys running, listening to and playing music, and working on his 1995 Jeep Wrangler.
